Our Firm is composed of two partners, Michèle Stern, founding partner, an independent attorney since 1996 after a few years spent as an in-house counsel and law firm associate, and Carine Raimbaud, who joined the Firm in 2014 after a career as general counsel.


Michèle STERN

First an international contract in-house lawyer within the Alcatel group (Paris-France and Palo Alto- USA), then an associate of the international law firm of Phillips and Giraud (Paris), Michèle Stern, a  member of the Paris Bar since 1991,  founded this law firm in 1996. 

In parallel, she teaches international business law in business schools, in France and abroad. She also has an extensive experience as  an international expert in legal reform projects. 

Michèle Stern holds an Advanced Graduate Degree in European Law (DEA – DES – 1982, European Center, Nancy, France). She is fluent in French (native language), English, and Spanish.



Carine Raimbaud has extensive experience working as a general counsel, both for listed and unlisted corporations. She joined the Firm in 2014, when she became a member of the Paris Bar. During the preceding 8 years she worked in services (as General Counsel of the Altran group) and for 19 years she held positions as general counsel in the telecomunication industry at Alcatel-Lucent, Atlinks, and Technicolor.

Carine Raimbaud obtained her Master’s degree in international trade law at the University of Paris X in 1987. She is fluent in French and English.

She is a member of the Association des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprise (ACE).
