Carine RAIMBAUD
Carine Raimbaud has extensive experience working as a general counsel, both for listed and unlisted corporations. She joined the Firm in 2014, when she became a member of the Paris Bar. During the preceding 8 years she worked in services (as General Counsel of the Altran group) and for 19 years she held positions as general counsel in the telecomunication industry at Alcatel-Lucent, Atlinks, and Technicolor.
Carine Raimbaud obtained her Master’s degree in international trade law at the University of Paris X in 1987. She is fluent in French and English.

Michèle STERN
Founding partner of the Firm after having worked as international contract in-house lawyer within the Alcatel group, Michèle Stern, who now dedicates the major part of her activities to teaching, provides from time to time advice to the Firm in her fields of expertise.
Michèle Stern holds an Advanced Graduate Degree in European Law. She is fluent in French (native language), English, and Spanish.
